The superior room was quiet, bright, and extremely comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. the staff, especially Benjamin, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. the room was clean and well-equipped, with a lovely tea/coffee tray, nespresso machine, and mini fridge. the convenience of easy parking and proximity to the West Quay for shopping and dining was an added bonus. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with attractions like the Solent Sky Museum and Old Town just a short distance away. We also had the opportunity to relax at the Rena Spa, which offered a range of treatments and access to the gym, pool, and sauna. the view from our balcony room was stunning, overlooking the harbor and cruise ships that had docked overnight. Overall, our experience at the Leonardo Royal Southampton Grand Harbour was fantastic. From the impeccable service to the comfortable accommodations, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Southampton.
